Tidy?

This is the reverse of the left side of the cardigan I am currently working on.

I think it looks fairly tidy but there will still be quite a bit of work to finish the garment neatly.

A big big thank you for all your supportive comments yesterday. I am my own worst enemy, I can support and encourage others and stand up for others but when it comes to me I beat myself up all the time so I have been told in no uncertain terms that I must listen to everyone and try and take it on board.

On the promotion front, I found out the salary yesterday, as I have to change my contract increasing by two hours a week and losing four days time off at Christmas they should be compensating me for this.  By the time I removed the percentage increase for these two items it left 0.5% for taking on the extra responsibility.  I lost quite a bit of sleep last night, emailed my boss for clarification this morning, haven't heard back from her today.  I am trying to persuade myself that everything is okay and she if sorting it out with HR and not p*ssed off with me!  Again I'd be fine sorting this for someone else.
