Stratford.

On 8th February  JamJam and I were to swim the Midmar Mile together. This event is held in the Midmar Dam, Natal South Africa. JamJam is unable to do it now as she has been really unwell, but I am still flying out to S Africa next Monday to spend a week with JamJam and to do the swim.
Today I went up to Stratford to swim in the 50m pool in the Olympic Aquatic Centre - I only needed to swim 32 lengths to do the mile instead of the 64 lengths of the Lensbury pool where I train almost every day. ((:
