Carnations............

Today was my usual jaunt over to visit Mum and sis. Firstly we took mum for her eye test. All fine, although there is the first sign of cataracts, and possible glaucoma, but overall her version is still very good for her 82nd year!
She needed new lenses, and decided to have new frames too, chose some quite trendy stainless steel rims, with tortoiseshell arms, I quite liked them myself :-)'

After sis had gone home, me and mum took a quick trip over to the place where I am getting my curtains from ( you'll be pleased to learn we've finally decided! So no more about my curtains, they are well and truly closed :-D )

Mum bought me and sis a bunch of carnations each today whilst we were all out together. Occasionally she treats us to things, by way of a thank you for looking out for her :-)
