What a Great Tit!

We had an e-mail this morning from the library, so we went down to pick it up.  You are supposed to return them in a week  but she asked me if i wanted it extended to two, because it contains five discs. I thought that was rather nice of her, and at no extra charge. We then decided to visit Bryngarw House, as we haven't been there for ages. We saw lots of ducks in the pond but there weren't many birds about. I was cold by now ,so we headed back to the cafe , and, as luck would have it, we saw lots of small birds darting through the trees just outside. They were very difficult to capture, as they didn't stay still for long. I think this is a male Great Tit, but i know you will correct me if I'm wrong.  A guy arrived on his bicycle and was sitting on a bench outside , having a cuppa. He had cycled all the way from Porth which is quite a long way, and he was no spring chicken. He recommended the pineapple cake, so of course i had to try some. It was lovely and warm inside, and J had a hot dog which was dire, but the cake didn't disappoint. We  drove home ,and then a biker friend of J's called, so they had a long man chat.
