Bauhinia

This Bauhinia, commonly known as an Orchid Tree or Mountain Ebony, is not indigenous to South Africa but it's cousin the Bauhinia Galpinii (better known as the Pride-de-Kaap, but more on that later) is. One of my favourite flowering trees.
