There's no fight you can't fight

And it lifted. 

St John's Wort?  Reduced Blood Pressure. 

Am not sure, but suffice to say that am ALMOST back to normal again.    

So much so that last night Si had to tolerate me tormenting him in bed with a pot of farting putty...  sniggering hysterically to myself whilst I "farted", and he lay there, trying so hard to be "calm and restrained". 

Letting the putty drop onto his bareness was a step too far though - and I farted for real.
