The Swarm

While we were eating lunch today we noticed a cloud of flies outside the window. Except they weren't flies. They were bees. Each year the small hive who live in the madonna on our roof are joined by thousands of others who sweep around her in a black cloud and sound like an express train passing. It lasts for a few minutes then most of the swarm buzz off somewhere else. If you look at this in large you'll see that her chest and shoulder are completely covered in a stole of bees. A magical think to see.
