Beach Walking

Yesterday, the women of the house - Aunt Lynn, Cousin Sara, my mom, and I all took Cole to Wrightsville Beach for a walk. He is not a big fan of walking because it requires him to be in one position for longer than he prefers. However, Lynn had the idea that we take him out of the carrier and all pass him around as we walked down the beach. That worked, and we all took turns carrying my 18 pound baby boy around. It was quite the workout! The beach was beautiful - sunny with clean, blue water and clear skies. We rounded out our adventure with a delicious lunch at Loveys Healthy Cafe, a favorite spot for Mom and I. It was very special having Cole's great aunt and second cousin here for the weekend. We're so glad they made the trip!
