..... these days are the days of the nieces: yesterday birthday of the 18 years old....... today chickenpox of the 3 year old ..... that means: 
I got to accompany my brother in law to the opera - the premiere of 'Lucia di Lammermoor' with an absolutely fantastic Diana Damrau...... had a really fantastic evening in the Nationaltheater in Munich.

Did you know there was an instrument that uses glasses and wet fingers to make music? Like you did later in the evening when already a little tipsy?? Fascinating stuff!!!!!
