Busy day

A busy day today. I made coconut macaroons and a lemon cheesecake as well as a roast pork dinner. This was all possible as Kieran's match (which they won 5-0) was later than usual, allowing me a bit more time in the morning.

It didn't stop there though as I did some cleaning, marked a pile of books and went to the gym. A good day - I felt much better for getting out to the gym and doing some exercise.
