From bed

Yes I'm still ill. Managed to get out of bed for a grand total of two hours this evening before having to crawl back. Better than the 30 mins I managed yesterday though. And I managed to eat something today.

My children are amazing (all the time, but especially) when I'm ill. They look after each other, keep the noise down, get ready for school etc all without being told to. Anna even came to show me a reward chart she'd made, which included 'no fighting'.
