26/365 - Cameo

Ever since I was a little girl I have loved Cameos. I don't know what it is about them, perhaps how delicate and decorative they are, but they've always appealed to me and I scour second hand, vintage and charity shops to find unusual specimens. This is my latest find and I adore it. I love the blue background - my favourite, but what really caught my eye was that the subject is holding a tiny flower fairy in her hand. I wore it to work today and several people, male and female commented on it and how unusual it is. I love finding treasures :) ❤️
