The way I see it.

Clouds of Pink!

I have been taking a short blip break - just too much happening at work, recovering from a(nother!) bad cold and trying to find a place to move to. It has been an emotionally and physically draining time.

Today the sun was shining and it almost felt warm outside. I went for a little trip over to the Black Isle and ended up in the village of Avoch (pronounced Och!) It is a charming fishing village complete with small harbour and along the river there was a beautiful row of the most profusely pink flowering trees that I have ever seen. The delicate pink contrasting with the blue sky with the river running alongside was very pretty. You can even see an old rubber ring made into a swing hanging from the tree. It must be a magical place for children to play!
