FIRST ATTEMPT

Laziness on my part meant that I bought the wrong flour - got seduced by a 1 kilo bag of this wonderful 9 cereal stuff. Should have gone for the 2 kilo bag of wholemeal wheat. Lesson learned.

It's OK..... But the texture's too gritty. I probably put in too much tea which wasn't nearly strong enough. Next time it'll be bloody perfect! :o)
