Saggy pants

Although the look is still considered 'street' by some, (exasperated memories of the son in his skateboard days!), I suspect this particular mannequin was about to get its pants hauled up.
Apparently the style emanated from american prisons in the 90's where the inmates were not issued with belts to stop their trousers sagging...
