Hula hula

No, this isn't me, it's a photo of the computer screen. Flicking through the new vhs (adult education classes) catalogue I came across a hula hoop course. Immediately intrigued. Cue search for videos - there are so many things I didn't know about hula hoops and have to admit to underestimating them until now.
