Scottish Bird Fair 2012

This weekend, the first annual Scottish Bird Fair was held at Hopetoun House, on the Forth Estuary west of Edinburgh and the Forth Bridges. I went along today. One of a series of talks, shown here, was given on the topic of wild food foraging by Jonny Dunbar and Malcolm Duck from Duck's restaurant in Aberlady. I tried their Shetland mussels with wild garlic and Thistly Cross cider. Fantastic. And I talked to a lot of people about birds too.
