Dodgy Door"!

Can't bolt this door - installed 3 years ago and pleased to find that the 10 year guarantee applies.  I always assume that the manufacturers will find a 'get out' clause hidden in the small print.  That's the good news - the not so good news is that it will be Friday 13th before there is somebody available in the area to fix it.  (It is only the bolts not engaging and I can still lock it enough for security)  You can't win them all!.
