The Odd Parents

James, R and the littlest man came over in the morning and for lunch, which was fab. Caro has tonsilitis-boo. I hope she is better soon.
Drove to Ullswater this afternoon as Freda and Matt were at a conference at the OB Ullswater, so we met at Pooley Bridge in the Sun inn and the kids played in the play castle and made friends! Collected so many pinecones and learnt about guarding the den...
On the way back we stopped and played by the water. Was lovely.
Had to drop the car in to the garage as the coolant's still leaking and walked back along the river, which was gorgeous. The light was beautiful and the trees leant over the river. the houses on the other side have steps to the river, it looks like posh Oxfordshire!
