Giant Raspberry Souffle

I'm back on Blip! It's been almost a year since I last blipped and I've come to realise that I really miss it.

My boyfriend, otherwise known as "the croissant" recently took receipt of the Roux Brothers Patisserie book and today he made his first souffle. Our ramekins were too small so he had to use soup bowls which meant the results were giant! We substituted our normal sunday roast for these bad boys and they were delicious.
