Sad

Hello Blippers.  This is Dolly, who is writing instead of my mummy who is scurrying around the house and too busy to write in her blip journal today.  

You may think that this is a picture of peace and coziness in front of the fire, but this is me with my sad face on.  Just outside the living room and by the front door is my mummy's suitcase, so I know she is off to work again and soon we will be getting in the car and I will be dropped off at the dog-sitters.  Don't get me wrong - I love it there.  I stay with a nice family and they love me too and take care of me really well.  But I do love being at home the best!  This is my favourite place to be - curled up on my favourite blanket next to the fire!  Don't you think it's a cozy place?  Next to me is my friend Andre the Seal.  He'd rather look at the fire than look at the camera.  

By the time you read this my mummy will already be in Washington DC.  I'm not really sure where that is or why she has to keep leaving me every few days, but she says it has something to do with making sure there's enough money for my dinners, treats and toys. Oh, and my hairdressing and vets appointments too.  I'd just as soon cancel those!  

The good thing is is that she always comes back and I get SO excited to see her and then we get to go home again.  The best part of that is that she goes to bed when we get home and I LOVE to sleep in the daytime, cuddling up with her!
