Alma Doepel

26 years ago I sailed on the Alma as part of a sail training program for school students - fantastic experience and although I wasn't any good climbing the rigging or coping with the sea - I still had an experience I will never forget
So sad to see her in this state - she is having a major restoration after years of neglect - so disappointing that she was ever allowed to detoriate to this level
Lovely Australia Day - great lunch with my sister and then we did a ferry ride to help raise funds for the restoration of the Alma
