Flaming Nora

We've done a lot today - we've had fence panels waiting to go up for weeks now and we asked GrandBob's advice, which ended up with him doing most of it... :/ I did drill some holes and screwed in some brackets and stuff. We had trouble getting out the old rusted spike, but with use of a sledgehammer and spade it came out in the end. Here is GrandBob passing it on in the manner of the Olympic zeitgeist.

We even used some of the old fencing to mend the shed and saved some of the concrete to mend the step - I hope Arachne will approve.

As well as Granny and GrandBob visiting, GrandWill came over to see Alexander for his birthday, which is tomorrow. We had a lot of sandwiches and crisps and opened all his presents. He threw all his sand from his play table at Daddy, which isn't what I intended....
