Burning Tree

The yin and the yang of her week away.

Last week when I brought C to the airport for her flight to Maine I took a photograph of the sunrise over Tampa Bay, a moment filled with color, light, and shadow (see here). Tonight as I picked her up on her return to Florida the image that presented itself was the sunset over the parking lot. More mundane I suppose, but powerful and dramatic in its own way and it seemed to make sense to present it in black and white. 

It is so good to have the Divine Ms. Connie home!
