Long Day and No Sleep

Today did not go according to plan. My father was ill during the night, ad at 3am I had an emergency call from him that started the day with waiting for an ambulance, took us through parts of A&E that I never new existed, brought us face to face with some of the best healthcare professionals in the world, and eventually back home to his house where it was almost as if nothing had ever happened.

I won't go into the details, but suffice it to say that I needed this giant coffee to keep me going.
