Afternoon Tea

The lem out for the guests. Our Swiss friends are departing this weekend, and it's my mother's birthday so cake is in order.

(I'm told "lem" is what folk in Shetland call the best china - usually a wedding gift which is then taken to other's wedding dos to serve the teas)
