Anybody remember 'Avoca'

I thought not. A brand from another life, almost a dream.

Avocets are my , lovely, wife's favorite bird.

We found this one in a deserted boatyard in St. Olaves today.

The site is pretty much run down and I had my pick of rusting machinery, all a bit grim.

The yacht stern, with it's rosy glow, somehow was more optimistic.

We should always be optimistic.
