Molly's concert

We had a morning at home, with cooked breakfast and general chilling out, until it was time for Molly's concert this afternoon. Her music teacher arranged for all her pupils to play piano or sing in a local church hall. We also had a singing workshop for everyone who attended.

It was a lovely event with a warm, supportive atmosphere for the children to perform in.  Molly is a beginner on piano and did well to control her urge to rush.

We went to the local park with its new play area - heaving with families - then came home to Jamie Oliver's fish pie and chat.

Some of you asked me if you could see Molly after yesterday's blip when I talked about her, so here she is.  8 going on 12.......
