Growing old disgracefully

By GOD

Not another bloody sunset

Can't do justice to the beauty of this place with only my ipad, but I'm not letting it trouble me and may even take a wee blip holiday so I can have the cool contemplative time I need instead of struggling with technology.

Today's vignettes:

1. A man giving last rites to a dead pigeon while the church bells tolled in the narrow streets of the old town.

2. Old lady on the bus engaging me in a long conversation about my ponytail. No idea what she said, but I like to think it was something like, 'When I was young my hair was just as beautiful as yours.'

3. Watching Spanish families enjoy Sunday afternoon in the sun.
