Not quite Bake Off!
We made some Chinese banana spring rolls this afternoon or after the generous amount of cinnamon that was added (spilt!!) into the mixture I think the main ingredient, taste, smell was, yes, cinnamon! and banana a close second. We made them as a link to the topic on China my son is doing at school. Despite the spillage they turned out ok, and he had a great time trying to work with the spring roll wrap! (Patience is always a virtue don't they say:)
