Lichen

A glorious walk around the Hermitage at Dunkeld today - just perfect. Wandering around the forest with my camera was just blissful, with warm sunshine and everything that glorious first flush acid green, life bursting out everywhere.

You can see the full set of photo's here. Very hard to decide on just one for tonight, and much debate, but in the end I chose this one of lichen on a tree, as I love the softness of it and the light. It kind of sums up the day.
