Day 83 of 100 Days Happy!


Thank you everyone that asked about Elliot! I must admit I do feel like the worlds worst parent... I've never needed a thermometer before (although I suspect I had one in the early days of neurotic first time parent syndrome!!) I've always used the hand method "yes s/he has a temperature" or "no, that's not hot enough!" I haven't ever been at the stage where my child is so hot I need to know what temperture it is as they have now began to eye roll.... But I do appreciate all the advice and offers of a thermometer! Thank you :)


Today he has been a lot happier, still very hot but back to an Elliot level of energy (sofa climbing, bed trampolining, work top invading, wrestling playing!!)


Colin went off to Brighton to watch Arsenal today, the big question is will he come home?? To which Evie answered "well mummy, he is out with Uncle Ashley, soooo it's not likely BUT, isn't Uncle Russell there? He's sensible, he'll bring Daddy home!!!" ;)


In other news, the dog ate a whole packet of milano salami.... My night is going to be fragrant..
