Dandelion Meadow

Sometimes the length of time it takes to sign in and upload a photo on this site is painstakingly slow! I'll update this tomorrow as Mr.B wants to watch a movie and I've waited far too long to publish this entry.

Well I can honestly say I really enjoyed Matthew Bourne's Nutcracker. It's the first time I have seen one of his shows but I'd definitely go and see another one. We were sensible after the show and only went for one pint before heading back home.

I woke up to be greeted by a glorious day and luckily for me some much needed time to myself. I chose to partake in a spot of retail therapy and managed to get a new outfit for my friend's 40th birthday in a few weeks time. When I returned home Mr.B was in gardening mode so I went out for a bike ride. It was hard going as I've not had the time or the willpower to go out in this awful weather since the beginning of April. Today's shot was taken not that far from this one which is part of my cycle route. I only did 8 miles and burnt 290 calories which I no doubt put straight back on by eating a bowl of Ben & Jerry's ice cream after dinner!
