Fishing

This good man happily chatted to me as he fished for Roach in the Wensum. Here he's tying a line.
He told me he'd been fishing this river since a boy. Most of the fish went back but sometimes he took some home for his cat, that the river is in good condition with lot's of fish in it. Today a perfect fishing day : fairly still, neither too cold or hot. You either get it or you don't.
I certainly don't but enjoyed sitting talking to him.
