Running Girls

As you may know Poppy is now a keen cross country runner,  she gets this skill from H who went along with her today. When they got back Pops was hardly out of breath whereas I thought I might need a defibrillator for H, who is still wheezing 4 hours later. I cannot mock however, I have trouble running a bath!

More sorting out of crap today, this is a very therapeutic process, we find things that make us go 'awww' and lots of rubbish to chuck out. 

Lots of shredding as well (alas the paper sort and not fast guitar playing) after our little identity issue last week. The bonfire is burning nicely now.
