NOM21 - The Dotterel Shepherd

I've passed this sculpture a few times when in the Bridlington area and always wanted to stop for a better look. Well today it was a welcome distraction while on my travels.
It's "a shepherd and his dog battling the elements as he guards his flock of five sheep and, the single lamb which he is holding protectively under his arm."
