Escape to the park ..

It was fabulously sunny this morning so I decided to spend a couple of hours in the local park.

Here's a chap I saw there - I'm told it's a juvenile/first winter herring gull. I slightly glaze over when ID-ing gulls, but I asked in a Facebook group, so it must be true!
