Heilan' coo

After another lazy morning, Mum, Dad, L and I all went over to Pollok Park for a wee stroll and snowy photography session.  I know a lot of people have blipped various parts of this lovely park in the past. 

The park contains various animals for show purposes.  I've always really loved Heilan' coos (or 'Highland cows' for those amongst you with an ordinary accent).  Wonderful hairy beasts with great expressions. 

We went out for a curry in the evening with an old school friend of mine and her husband.  Once again, so lovely to have the opportunity to catch up with longtime friends... and we are enjoying having some good curries while we're here!
