A trip to Linlithgow this morning to buy material for making a Log Cabin patchwork quilt.  It was a lovely morning although first thing it was VERY icy with pavements and some side roads being treacherous with black ice. Linlithgow Loch was looking its best under the expanse of blue sky. Some patches of water were still frozen but the swans and geese managed to find enough space to swim about.
