Lots of people out enjoying Helvellyn today - apart from one miserable b who couldn't even bother to respond to my "hello".  Maybe someone had forced him to be out there.

The edges are in good winter condition though the wind over Striding was bitter.  Soft snow (at the moment) on the exits; just as well for those who still venture out without winter equipment!
