My new friends

After being unable to put much pressure on my doot ar all this morning, I broke out the rock tape I bought last week. Haven't used it yet because I've been using anti inflammatory cream. Googled taping for plantar fasciitis and for Candice to tape my foot up. The relief was almost instant. Even though it did not feel as if it should be making too much of a difference, it most certainly did. Then I found some compression socks at the chemist and have worn them all afternoon. The improvement has been immense. New shoes arrive next week then hopefully I'll be well on my way to healing.
Went out to lunch with Candice today. Just 17 days till our road trip to Townsville where she will start a degree in Chemical Engineering and Science. She seems excited :)
