London Plane

I went to Mottisfont Abbey today and photographed the "Mottisfont Plane" which is reputed to be the largest in Britain. It's 40m tall with a girth of 12m. This isn't the photograph I took. This is a close up of a smaller (but still large) tree next to it. I thought the bark made a much more interesting picture.
