Fire, Fire!

There's always that one person that says to themselves, "hey, I know what I'll do today, I'll go ahead and burn my pile of trash...being as its dry as a bone out there...oh and why don't I skip that whole, be prepared with a good, working hose that is turned on and ready to go bit.  Hoses are for suckers."  :0)  Right?  Is there one in every neighborhood or is it just ours?  One little gust of wind and off it went - thankfully, it stopped dead at the tree/brush line or this would not have been a funny story.
