Ugly Blot

It was a pleasant day for a walk at lunchtime and the weather was a bit cooler than yesterday's 36C. Next to work is the Mitcham Service Reservoir  which is reasonably low profile, but the skyline is blotted by a very ugly concrete water tower - an unfortunate necessity.
