Korean-Mexican Disco Fries

Today I had lunch at a new Korean fusion celeb chef's restaurant (Michelin starred, I think). I couldn't work out which bathroom was the ladies so took a 50/50 gamble. I reckon I guessed right. Like a Korean girls bedroom, music blasting out and Korean boy band posters covering the walls! Made me smile.

Korean-Mexican disco fries - you can't get more fusion than that.
