22 January 15 - Watching the Work on the Bandstand

Quiet day today, heron was not stood in the river this morning so my picture was from my lunchtime walk into town.  The Bandstand is being worked renovated and is attracting a lot of attention so lots of people standing around watching!  It was cold but the blue skies made the walk lovely. 
 
Work was as normal although a bit quieter, trying to plough through all the work following my slight meltdown yesterday, slowly getting there I think!
 

Went to Bodyfit this evening, I do not go to this class that often but did not fancy Zumba this evening. The instructor told me that I had lost a lot of weight since I was last in her class which was very nice to hear (she probably mistook me for someone else!) I am already dreading tomorrow as I am already seizing up so I am off to bed now in the hope that a good nights sleep will mitigate the pain in the morning!
