Me, today, teaching. 



Nah, not really, just a poor effort at a blip on a work night. Soz.  

Work finished for the week, and all my marking done, I feel as free as a bird. Tomorrow is my day off and I am going to do day off things and not work. 

Run 4 this evening, it was cold!
