Above the clouds...

Still honking down when we arrived in Pila. Went up the first bubble with a young French couple, and he was insistent that it would be clear at the top, and sunny in the afternoon. None of us were convinced...
Wish we'd seen him later in the day though - the snow reduced to the odd shower, and the sun even came and went fitfully - he was right!
This is on my phone at the top of the most beautiful unpisted black run ( camera & phone fallen out again ). Haven't been on anything like it for ages - up to a foot of new snow on a firm base. Perfection! ( And we didn't ski it too shabbily for a pair of old uns...)
