Job done.

Had to get a job out today so I switched off my email, turned down the phones, only took a tiny look at blip (honest)  put my head down and got on with it. Amazing how much you can get done without any distractions.

Got the job finished and when I looked up from my desk the sun was shining so I quickly stuck the camera out the window for yet another pic out the back. Wonder how many blips I've done of that view over the past 8 years.

Now I'm going to have tea and then put my tai chi students through their paces this evening. The perfect antidote to a day of concentration... make someone else concentrate.
