Another winter sunrise

After wakening to breakfast in bed for two days (a short hospital stay) it was a shock to realise I'd be making my own breakfast! However, great compensation in being back in my own home although my time in the Western Infirmary went like clockwork. I couldn't fault NHS Scotland and my treatment. Superb! On the fast track to recovery.

Another fantastic sunrise over a frozen  landscape around 8.30am. I positioned my little window ornament to contrast with the pinkish light striking the overhead cloud. Maybe not the spectacular vista of yesterday across Glasgow from the 10th floor of the hospital, but one that warms my heart - the snowy street where I live.
